The Advanced Practice Provider will provide specialized patient care for individuals with leukemia, lymphoma, and those undergoing stem cell or CAR-T therapy. Responsibilities include managing acute toxicities and side effects, participating in overnight calls, and working within a multidisciplinary team.

You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. This position includes up to $7,500.00 in relocation assistance. You will practice at Intermountain Health LDS Hospital Your hours will be 4 ten-hour shifts, covering rotating holidays and weekends Share in overnight call with physician back-up The APP will focus on acute leukemias, multiple myeloma, Lymphoma, stem cell transplant, Chimeric Antigen Receptor therapy (CAR-T), Toxicities and side effects from chemotherapy and stem cell therapy including but not limited to: Neutropenic fever, Sepsis, Cytokine release syndrome, Neurotoxicity, Graft Versus Host Disease How we'll support you: We care about your wellbeing which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package.
