• What you'll do: Create a welcoming environment for patients, helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey.
• Support patients through complex orthodontic procedures, helping them feel informed, calm, and confident throughout their treatment experience.
• Work alongside the Orthodontist to ensure precision, efficiency, and a smooth clinical experience tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and recovery to promote healing and long-term oral health.
• Coordinate care and follow-ups, ensuring patients receive timely treatment and clear communication throughout their visit.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records to support clinical decision-making and continuity of care.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by staying proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality specialty care.
• Contribute to the success of orthodontic practice by helping manage clinical readiness, patient flow, and operational support.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests with a smile Assisting Orthodontist with procedures Untying and tying arch-wires Bending and placing arch-wires Fitting bands Preparing for and assisting with bonding Taking impressions Communicating with patients and families Taking x-rays and developing x-rays Taking intraoral and extraoral photographs Utilizing the computer imaging system Sterilizing instruments Pouring up models Inventorying supplies What do you need to have to be a part of our team?
