| Senior Physical Therapist | Inpatient Acute Care Required Qualifications: · A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy is required. · Licensure in accordance with the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy is required. · 2+ years of experience in Physical Therapy is necessary, with a high degree of understanding and skill in one or more areas of assigned responsibility. · Demonstrated skills in clinical education abilities. · Demonstrates leadership abilities. · Demonstrates experience as part of a multidisciplinary medical team. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Desirable Qualifications: · 3+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist. · 3+ years of experience in one or more areas of assigned responsibility. · Ability to practice in an autonomous manner. · Demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency in provision of patient care. · Demonstrated effort to enhance one’s own knowledge, skills, and abilities. · Demonstrated program/service development or quality improvement projects.
