Manage heart failure and value-based cardiovascular care through a combination of outpatient visits and inpatient hospital rounding. Coordinate longitudinal patient care and interpret diagnostic testing to improve quality metrics and patient outcomes.
Must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible for Florida licensure. Interest in cardiology or heart failure is required, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
