The LVN is responsible for providing professional nursing care, administering prescribed treatments, and managing medication documentation. They also supervise nurse aides and coordinate with physicians to ensure adherence to resident service plans.
Candidates must hold a current Licensed Vocational Nurse license, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or GED. A minimum of one year of related experience is preferred along with proficiency in English.
