• At-a-Glance Location: Lone Jack, Missouri Position Type: Full-Time Clinic Type: Modern Outpatient Orthopedic EMR System: WebPT Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 visits Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Compensation Details New graduates: $65,000–$70,000 per year Experienced Physical Therapists: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on years of experience Schedule Preferences Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Preferred Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop treatment plans based on diagnosis, clinical presentation, and patient goals Provide skilled treatment, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, balance work, gait training, and functional rehabilitation Educate patients on home exercises, activity modifications, and safe movement strategies Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed Complete timely and accurate documentation through WebPT Collaborate with PTAs, other Physical Therapists, and referral sources Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and daily activity tolerance Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills Ability to work professionally with patients across a broad age range Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna
