• The caseload is primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal, with patients ranging from 11 to 90 years old.
• You will work alongside 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, using WebPT for documentation.
• Compensation New Graduate Physical Therapist: $65,000–$70,000 per year Experienced Physical Therapist: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on years of experience Position Highlights Full-Time Physical Therapist position Competitive salary based on experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Collaborative and supportive clinical team Modern outpatient orthopedic setting Opportunity for professional growth and development Patient population ranging from 11 to 90 years old Preferred Schedule Options Preferred Option: Four 10-Hour Days Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Alternate Option: Monday–Friday Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinic Snapshot Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week Clinical Team: 2 PTs and 2 PTAs EMR System: WebPT Main Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Insurance Accepted: BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, TRICARE, Humana, and Aetna

Responsibilities

Complete evaluations and establish appropriate plans of care Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through skilled physical therapy services Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, balance activities, and functional rehab Educate patients on home programs, recovery expectations, and safe movement habits Monitor functional progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries in WebPT Work closely with PTAs and clinical staff to support patient outcomes Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills Ability to work professionally with patients across a broad age range Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna
