Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Provide skilled therapy services including manual therapy and functional rehabilitation while maintaining accurate documentation in WebPT.
Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program and an active Missouri Physical Therapist license. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a broad age range are essential.
Perform physical therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and clinical findings Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, gait training, balance work, and functional rehabilitation Educate patients on home exercise programs, activity modifications, and safe movement strategies Monitor patient progress and update plans of care when clinically appropriate Complete accurate and timely documentation in WebPT Collaborate with PTAs, other Physical Therapists, providers, and referral sources Support patients in improving function, independence, and return to daily activity Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills Ability to work professionally with patients across a broad age range Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna
