Responsibilities

Complete patient evaluations and follow-up assessments Identify patient goals, movement limitations, pain concerns, and physical therapy needs Develop care plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, balance work, and functional rehab Guide patients through safe recovery and home exercise programs Track progress and update plans of care when appropriate Communicate with PTAs and clinic staff to support continuity of care Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, patient education, and documentation skills Ability to work with patients across a wide age range Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through several insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a team where patient care is practical, steady, and focused on real progress.
