We are recruiting a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient orthopedic position in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is for a PT who enjoys working closely with patients, building practical treatment plans, and helping people improve movement, strength, balance, and daily function. The clinic treats a broad patient population, from younger patients to older adults, with a primary focus on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Evaluate patients and identify movement, strength, pain, and functional concerns Create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide therapy for orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical recovery, and mobility limitations Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, strengthening, balance training, and functional movement activities Educate patients on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and safe activity progression Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in WebPT Work with PTAs and other team members to support consistent patient care Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, patient education, and documentation skills Ability to work with patients across a wide age range Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through several insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready to grow your PT career in a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic, send your resume today.
