• Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join us at our FPN LaPorte Health Center in LaPorte, IN. This practice offers an amazing opportunity to join a group of collegial partners consisting of two Board Certified Otolaryngologists and three advanced practice providers.

Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

• Average outpatient volume: 20 patients per day

Qualifications
