The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment plans for a caseload of home health patients. They must monitor patient health status, communicate findings to supervisors and physicians, and ensure all activities align with company vision and HIPAA regulations.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted state RN license and have at least one year of clinical nursing experience. A degree in nursing and experience with HomeCare HomeBase or home health/hospice care are preferred.

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Are you an experienced RN looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community? Elara Caring is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing Home Health team. In this role, you'll enjoy the independence of managing your own schedule while providing one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting Ability to commit to at least one full day (8 hours) per week Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory Physical Requirements - Sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently, and be able to lift 50-100 lbs Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred Join a Team That Values Your Expertise At Elara Caring, we believe the best care happens at home.
