The LPN provides direct patient care using the nursing process and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery. Key duties include performing daily assessments, administering medications, and documenting patient progress.
Candidates must have completed an LPN program from an accredited school and hold a current Kentucky LPN license. CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
