Provide high-quality nursing care across various hospital units to ensure consistent coverage during high census periods. Act as a flexible team player to support different patient care settings and clinical needs.
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, a current Minnesota RN license, and an AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card. A BSN or MSN is preferred, with a BSN or higher required within 36 months of hire.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
To be eligible for the relocation assistance, you must accept a full time or part time benefited position and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment.
