Registered Nurse (PRN)

• We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support the needs in our Residential Program in Richmond, VA.
• This position provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within a designated site.
• The nurse in this role is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients; the nurse designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability.
• The nurse also provides training to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff.
• The Registered Nurse directs the practice of the LPN and/or CMA's on the unit.
• May participate in program’s on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required
• 1-2 years’ experience in nursing is preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs
