The SLP is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. They develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care in skilled nursing and outpatient settings.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current North Carolina SLP license. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, though CFY candidates may be considered.

This position offers the opportunity to work in both skilled nursing and outpatient settings, providing diverse and rewarding patient care experiences. The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment programs for individuals experiencing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
