Provides skilled nursing care to patients within their homes through assessment and identification of patient problems. Develops, implements, and evaluates nursing care plans while collaborating with other home health and hospice providers.
Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing and an active nursing license in Iowa or a compact state. Two years of prior experience as a staff nurse is preferred.
Provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes by assessing the patient, identifying patient problems or potential problems, developing, implementing and evaluating nursing care plans and patient care. Works in team relationships with other home health and hospice providers.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active Iowa license for Iowa residents or an active license in a compact state in which you reside.
Two (2) years prior experience as staff nurse preferred.
