- Position Highlights
- Full-time, employed neurosurgery opportunity
- General neurosurgery scope including cranial and spine procedures
- Primary practice at Sierra Campus with option to expand call coverage and grow across additional campuses
- Group structure: 2 Neurosurgeons + 1 APP
- Cover 2 facilities located approximately 2 miles apart
- Sierra Campus: 306-bed facility with 12 OR suites, hybrid OR, 3 cath labs, dedicated Neuro suite, biplane, and Stealth Navigation — designated Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Access to a full four-campus hospital network, the largest in the El Paso region
- Additional campuses include Primary Stroke Centers, teaching facilities, and advanced hybrid OR capabilities
- Centralized billing, coding, and collections support
- In-house HR, IT, marketing, business development, and PR teams
- No Texas state income tax

- Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board eligible or board certified in Neurosurgery
- Fellowship training required
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates and experienced neurosurgeons are both encouraged to apply
