$24 - $32 / HOUR
Provide personal care and maintain hygiene for hospice patients in their homes or facilities according to a designated Plan of Care. Document interventions in the EMR and ensure a safe, healthy environment to increase patient comfort.
Must be a Certified Home Health Aide in good standing on the state registry with BCLS or ACLS certification. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
Under supervision of the registered nurse, this position provides personal care to patients in their home/facility in accordance with the Plan of Care to increase the patients level of comfort and to maintain personal hygiene and ensure a safe healthy environment for the patient.
