Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of care plans for acute and surgical populations. Educate patients and families on illness management and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree and a valid RN license, with no prior experience required. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience are preferred.
Role Purpose Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.
