Provide comprehensive nursing care and technical support for small animals, birds, and exotic species in a hospital or outdoor setting. Perform specialized tasks including anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistance, dental procedures, and diagnostic imaging.
Requires a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one, with at least 3 years of clinical experience. A degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program is preferred.

Kyla H Who You Are: 3 + years of veterinary clinical experience, as a veterinary technician or assistant Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in Colorado, or eligible to transfer/acquire state license within 3 months of hire required Degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program preferred but not required. Knowledge of industry tools and equipment Passion for working with small animals, birds, exotics, and their owners Experience with proper animal handling and restraint for a variety of species Ability to perform nursing care in a hospital or outdoor setting Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare Understands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skills Dental procedure experience, scaling, polishing, extractions, suturing Skilled in IV Catheter placement, urinary catheter placement, applying casts, bandages and splints Anesthesia monitoring and surgical experience including intubation, monitoring, pre-operative and post-operative care Laboratory skills including cytology set-up and interpretation Diagnostic experience including digital radiology, dental radiology, and ultrasound-guided cystocentesis And all other duties of a Registered Veterinary Technician as allowable by law What Makes Us Different Referral program – join our team, bring your friends, and get paid!
