About the role

The RN is responsible for administering medications, completing clinical assessments, and monitoring resident conditions. They also supervise CNAs and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure person-centered care.

In this role you will

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders
  • Complete assessments and document accurately in the medical record
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers/families as needed
  • Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care
  • Respond to emergencies and urgent situations calmly and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Shift Details

Full-Time: 2nd or 3rd Shift

Part-Time: 3rd Shift

Who you are

  • Current RN or LPN license in good standing in Indiana
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion for serving older adults
