Position Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and patient-centered Orthodontist to join our practice on a full-time, four-day-per-week schedule. This role will provide comprehensive orthodontic care across our Molalla and Gresham locations. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent outcomes and patient experiences. Flexibility to work between both locations is required. Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including braces, clear aligners, retainers, and other corrective appliances
• Manage patient care from initial consultation through treatment completion
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, expectations, and oral health
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams
