Provide compassionate clinical care and guidance to individuals recovering from substance use disorders. Perform psychosocial assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient updates and documentation.
A bachelor's degree in a human services field is preferred. Certification through the Pennsylvania Certification Board or professional licensure is also preferred.
Complete comprehensive psychosocial and other clinical assessments as indicated Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, presenting clear and concise patient updates and clinical impressions Complete all required documentation in the EMR in accordance with regulatory, utilization review, and quality assurance standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate pertinent patient information as needed Provide crisis intervention when clinically necessary Attend required trainings, meetings, and professional development sessions Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with clinical specialty in human services), or a related field preferred Certification such as AAC, CAAC, CADC, or CAADC through the Pennsylvania Certification Board preferred Professional licensure through the Department of State and/or PCB credentialing preferred Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Plus every 6th weekend rotation Compensation: $54,000 – $60,000 annually
