• Key Responsibilities Help people with disabilities in their homes and out in the community.
• Support people with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and getting dressed.
• Help them reach their personal goals and do fun or meaningful activities.
• Follow their care plans and help with behavior or medical needs as trained.
• Keep good notes about what happens during your shift using a computer or phone.
• Give medications after training and follow health rules.
• Treat everyone with respect and help them make their own choices.
• Keep the home safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Drive people to appointments or outings when needed.

Required Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) Completion of all required training (provided by Abilities, LLC) Must pass a criminal background check Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Basic computer skills and the ability to learn documentation systems

Compensation & Growth Starting Pay

• $18.00/hour
• Optional
• DSP
• Certification: Earn an additional 6% pay increase immediately upon completion Annual Reviews & Raises – Every year you work with us Paid training provided $600
• Total
• Sign-On
• Bonus: $100 at 30 days, $200 at 90 days, and $300 at 6 months.
