The LPN is responsible for providing direct nursing care, administering medications, and monitoring resident health. They must collaborate with the care team and respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited LPN school with a valid state license and CPR certification. Six months of experience in long-term care is preferred.
