RN - Med/Surg- Per Diem PM Shifts

We are currently adding to our team of excellent healthcare professionals for RNs who have hospital Medical/Surgical experience!

Schedule

This is a per diem position.
Shifts may be offered
Monday through
Sunday between the hours of 3:00PM and 11:30PM. Shift availability will vary based on staffing needs.

Location

Stillwater, MN.

Pay rate

Up to $85/hour Depending on Experience!

Required Skills/Qualifications

Bachelor/Associate's Degree in Nursing.
Licensed as an RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or has a Wisconsin RN License and Minnesota Boarder State Registry.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a hospital med/surg setting.
Telemetry training preferred
Previous critical care or telemetry experience is preferred.
Must have BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
Must have strong organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.

Perform patient centered, safe, effective and timely patient care based on the specific needs of each patient within the RN scope of practice.
Communicate effectively with patients and families including providing updates in a timely manner.
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Participate as an effective unit and nursing department member.
Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with other health care team members and across the organization.
Maintain and update clinical knowledge including certifications as appropriate.
