Location: Delta View Post-Acute – Antioch, CA Employment Type: Full-Time & On-Call Opportunities Available Shifts Available: AM Shift PM Shift NOC Shift Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour About Delta View Post-Acute Delta View Post-Acute is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services with compassion, dignity, and respect. What You'll Do As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs while promoting their comfort, independence, and well-being. Working alongside nurses and interdisciplinary team members, you will help ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Measure and record vital signs accurately Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Document care and services provided in accordance with facility policies Support individualized care plans and resident goals Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Qualifications Current and active CNA certification required Current CPR/BLS certification required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude Previous skilled nursing experience preferred but not required Benefits & Perks Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time employees 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Employee recognition and bonus opportunities Ongoing education and professional development Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture Opportunities for career growth within the organization Why Join Us?
