• Role
• Summary: The Operating Room Registered Nurse (Circulating Nurse) plays a critical role in managing patient care throughout the intraoperative experience. Working outside the sterile field, the RN circulator ensures a safe, efficient, and supportive surgical environment while serving as the patient’s advocate and coordinating the efforts of the surgical team.

Hours

• Full-time; Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (hours may vary based on center needs).

• You’ll do: Assess patient needs preoperatively and intraoperatively Develop and implement individualized care plans Coordinate and communicate with the surgical team to maintain a safe, efficient OR environment Monitor patient positioning, safety, and equipment use Ensure accurate documentation and reporting Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives Uphold patient confidentiality and safety protocols
• Collaborate across departments to optimize outcomes
• What
• You’ll bring: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN license (Unrestricted) Minimum 1 year OR experience within the past 3–5 years BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months of hire Strong critical thinking, communication, and team skills
