We are seeking Program Assistant to join our team in our Lafayette, LA location.

15.96/hour

Position Details

• Perform administrative functions related to client records.
• Manage a spreadsheet to track expiration/completion of chart documents.
• Submit records requests as needed
• Answer multi-line phone system. Complete quality call backs and client satisfaction surveys.
• Opening and closing of client records and appropriate storage of records.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must pass a Louisiana criminal history background check and motor vehicle screen.
