The Primary Therapist develops individualized treatment goals and provides therapeutic interventions for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities include maintaining clinical documentation in the EMR and collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a human service field and be licensed or license-eligible as an LCMHC, LCSW, LCAS, or LMFT. Experience in facilitating group therapy and experiential therapy is required.

Our therapists have the unique opportunity to integrate their expertise in various modalities within our experiential wilderness-based programming. Our clients experience the outdoors through hiking, backpacking, canoeing, rock climbing, fishing, camping, ropes courses, equine programming, and more.
