The LPN provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients with urgent or emergency health problems. They also assist in the organization and management of the physician's medical practice.
Candidates must have a graduation certificate from an accredited LPN program and current state licensure. CPR certification is preferred along with strong communication and documentation skills.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
