The Pharmacy Intern performs entry-level pharmacy functions including medication history interviews, patient education, and drug distribution under pharmacist supervision. They are also responsible for monitoring medication therapies and providing drug information to healthcare providers.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and be currently enrolled in an accredited College of Pharmacy. An active State Board of Pharmacy intern licensure is required.
