Provide high-quality, person-centered care and behavioral treatment for adults with traumatic brain injuries in a day program. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, teaching functional skills, and ensuring safe community transportation.

Overview Bancroft is a leading provider of services for children and adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and those in need of neurological rehabilitation. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and respectful environment. In this role, you will support adults with traumatic brain injuries participating in our Day Program, helping them achieve their individual goals, build independence, and enhance their quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of working with individuals with traumatic brain injuries, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and one year of driving experience. A minimum of six months of related experience or a degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
