The Medical Assistant is responsible for preparing patients for physician visits by recording vitals and managing medical records. They also perform clinical tasks such as administering injections, obtaining blood specimens, and maintaining treatment room disinfection.
Candidates must be high school graduates with a current CPR certification and at least two years of experience as a medical or nursing assistant. A certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program is strongly preferred.
