Purpose: - The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) at Lifestream Behavioral Center will provide comprehensive mental health care services to patients. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with psychiatric disorders. The APRN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality behavioral health services and support the overall mission of the center to enhance the well-being of the community.
Key
Responsibilities: - Delivers medical healthcare services to individuals in the inpatient, outpatient and residential facilities as assigned and to determine the most appropriate level of care required - Performs and/or assists in treatment/procedures - Accurately assesses client’s needs and prioritizes care - Develops effective client treatment plans - Documents service provision in an accurate and timely manner via the EHR. - Prescribes and monitors medications under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer or covering physician. - The ability to comply with the regulations requiring a workplace of dignity and respect and equal employment opportunity compliance.
