Requirements summary
Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed an ARRT or ARDMS approved advanced imaging training program. A relevant registry certification (such as ARRT or ARDMS) is required within six months of hire or program completion.

Job Description
The advanced imaging student assists and performs imaging/procedures in the advanced clinical area under the guidance of the physicians and registered advanced imaging staff. Imaging/procedures performed are consistent with the established standard of medical care in radiology, following established policies and protocols to produce optimum images, while keeping patient welfare, confidentiality, and comfort a top priority.Education:
Required: Completed or currently enrolled in an ARRT or ARDMS approved advanced imaging training program.
Experience
Preferred:
One year of prior health care experience
Skills:
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Knowledge of current diagnostic radiology technical information.
Proficient in using computers and computer systems.
