This position plays a key role in ensuring members meet the necessary DD (Developmental Disabilities) eligibility requirements, while guiding individuals and their families through the waiver process. Regular communication and tracking of all relevant paperwork are essential to support members' access to critical services.

Maintain comprehensive records in compliance with Arkansas Medicaid regulations, ensuring accuracy and readiness for any audits or reviews. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Arkansas Medicaid programs, particularly the Community Employment Support (CES) Waiver. Strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to explain complex processes in an accessible manner. Proficiency in managing and maintaining detailed records and documentation. High School diploma and 2+ years of related experience in case management, healthcare services, or working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
