Locations
Provide pediatric occupational therapy services within home settings and develop individualized treatment plans. Educate caregivers and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient progress and care needs are met.
Requires an active Arizona Occupational Therapist license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, and Article 9 certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
