Assists Registered Nurses and physicians with patient assessments, examinations, and treatments in the Emergency Department. Performs technical patient care duties and essential unit secretary functions while documenting vital signs and observations.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and BLS/CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree and certifications such as EMT, CNA, CMA, Paramedic, or Phlebotomist Technician.

Assists the Registered Nurse (RN) and physician with assessments, examinations and treatments. Performs a variety of technical and patient care duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Performs essential functions of the Unit Secretary.
