Provide comprehensive support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within a small residential home. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, personal care, medication administration, and promoting independence and community access.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver's license with 2+ years of experience. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and pass background, drug, and driving checks is required.

18+ years old High school diploma or GED Valid U.S. driver’s license with 2+ years driving experience Ability to pass background, drug, and driving record checks Computer and keyboarding skills Ability to complete required training courses, including CPR, First Aid, Med Tech Certification, and other DDA-mandated training Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50 lbs frequently and assist with transfers Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, and pushing Ability to assist with wheelchair handling, transfers, and securing individuals safely in vehicles Help create a supportive home where people can thrive—apply today!
