Provide therapeutic services to private pay and insurance-based clients while managing clinical notes. Clinicians have the autonomy to set their own hours and caseload and may provide supervision to unlicensed therapists.

Clinicians have the opportunity for bonus pay, through our incentive program. Our clinicians set their own hours/caseload. Licensed therapists with 2-years of clinical experience can opt to provide supervision to our unlicensed therapists. Clinicians also can opt for in-person sessions at our beautiful offices, or work from the comfort of their own homes. (Whatever works best for you)! Meridian offers the opportunity to participate in monthly consultations with our clinical team. (Our clinicians are awesome and always willing to support each other in professional growth). We are excited to offer our monthly team events (training, workshops, volleyball, hikes, game nights, etc)! We will handle your billing, credentialing, and marketing and provide you with clients and office space. Your job is to show up, see your clients, and take notes! This is the perfect position for someone who wants the autonomy of private practice, while still feeling connected to a community and receiving consultation, as needed. Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or similar. Must be licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Clinical Psychologist, or similar. Must be able to obtain credentialing to work with insurance panels.
Experience with trauma, mood disorders, addiction, families, and couples Comfortable with electronic medical records. CBT, DBT, ACT or EMDR Training preferred Compensation Compensation ranges from $65 to $120 per hour based on licensure. All providers are compensated for their admin time.
