Provide comprehensive outpatient clinical care and limited inpatient discharge support for cardiovascular and thoracic surgery patients. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, and coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team.
Requires Florida licensure and board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Prior experience in cardiovascular or surgical specialties is preferred, though strong clinical rotations may be considered for new graduates.
Position requires: Florida licensure Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Board certification as an Acute Care NP or PA Prior experience in cardiovascular, thoracic surgery, cardiology, or surgical specialty preferred (new graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered) Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a collaborative team Company Overview
