Job description

Physical Therapist This is a good opportunity for a Physical Therapist who wants outpatient orthopedics, but not the kind of schedule where every hour feels overloaded.
The clinic is PT-owned, based in Briny Breezes, FL, and treats 2 patients per hour.
The role offers a salary of $90,000–$110,000 per year, flexible scheduling, and full benefits.
Where You’ll Work An orthopedic outpatient office that supports patients recovering from injury, surgery, pain, weakness, and movement limitations.
The team is looking for someone who can provide skilled evaluations, clear treatment plans, and practical patient education.
What You’ll Do Evaluate patients and develop plans of care Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional strengthening Support post-op recovery and return-to-activity goals Teach home exercises and safe movement strategies Track progress and adjust care plans Complete documentation on time Coordinate care with PTAs and clinic staff Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Good communication and patient care skills Schedule and Benefits Flexible 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K with Company Match 3 weeks PTO If this sounds like the type of PT role you’ve been hoping to find, take the next step today.
