Experienced Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics, PT-Owned Practice For the PT Who Wants More Control Over Care This opportunity is for a Physical Therapist who wants to practice in a setting where clinical judgment matters. The clinic is PT-owned, located in Hollywood, FL, and focused on orthopedic outpatient care with a patient volume of 2 patients per hour. You’ll have the chance to manage evaluations, guide treatment direction, and help patients make real functional gains without the pressure of an overly packed schedule. Responsibilities

Perform detailed evaluations and establish treatment goals Manage plans of care for orthopedic and post-operative patients Provide skilled treatment using manual therapy, exercise progression, movement training, and functional rehab Monitor patient outcomes and update interventions as needed Communicate progress clearly with patients and clinical staff Provide direction to PTAs as needed Complete documentation, progress notes, and discharge planning Support a professional clinic culture focused on patient results Florida Physical Therapist License required DPT or MSPT Degree required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Strong orthopedic treatment background preferred Confident clinical decision-making skills Compensation Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
