Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients with developmental disabilities to help them live independently. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, organizing goal-oriented schedules, and maintaining progress documentation.
Candidates must have experience with client transferring, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and reliable transportation. Basic digital literacy in MS Word and email is required, along with the ability to pass a background check.

Assist clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene) Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes
Have a heart for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect Are a strong communicator, dependable, and a creative problem-solver Can problem solve and adapt to different client needs Are comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings Have behavioral health experience (preferred, not required)
