The role involves elucidating cellular and molecular mechanisms that establish immune tolerance to the microbiota. The researcher will explore how dysregulation of these pathways contributes to gut diseases and develop approaches to restore homeostasis.
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in immunology, microbiology, or a related biomedical science obtained within the last two years. A demonstrated record of research productivity, including at least one first-author publication, is required.
