Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to: Provide Companionship through Activities Provide Transportation Support (such as activities or appointments) Assist with the Activities of Daily Living Provide Meal Plan/Prep Support Monitor Client for Change in Condition Provide Support with Medication Support with Housekeeping Requirements & Qualifications: Both written and spoken English language proficiency required High School Diploma / Equivalent required A valid Washington State Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, up-to-date auto insurance, and must be willing to transport clients Home Care Aide License (HCA) OR Ability to complete online and in person coursework First Aid/CPR Certified (within 120 days of employment, training can be provided) Benefits we Provide: Accrued Sick Time Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Unlimited Peer Referral Program Working Advantage employee discount program Capella University Discount SAILS Washington and Citizen Access Residential Resources are part of the Redwood Family Care Network family of companies.
