The RN independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients following physician orders and Georgia Nurse Practice Act guidelines. They manage a group of assigned patients while emphasizing collaboration, communication, and coordination.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school, licensed as an RN in Georgia, and hold BLS certification. A BSN degree and two years of RN experience are preferred along with additional life support credentials.
