Provide hands-on nursing care and administer medications under RN supervision for residents in long-term care units. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans while upholding regulatory requirements.
Must possess a current New York State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). One year of experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.

Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
